The whole program hinges here. Before we touch emotions, relationships, or your future — we settle the question of who is actually in charge. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to invite.
Fear, resentment, anger, rage, shame around sexual conduct. We don't ignore them and we don't perform them. We name them on paper, in detail, so they stop running the show. The worksheets are how we do that work.
With ourselves first, then with the people closest to us, then with the people we hurt. We don't rush amends and we don't avoid them. We do them in order, with guidance, and we let the outcomes be what they are.
The work doesn't end — it just becomes the way you live. A short daily practice, a weekly check-in, and the willingness to walk somebody else through what you just walked through. That's it. That's the new life.
