Is this really free?
Yes. There's no fee for the program, the worksheets, or messaging
Dave. I sell a book to pay for this website and to keep the
lights on — but the bulk of my energy goes toward helping
people, regardless of whether they buy anything.
Do I have to be religious?
You have to be willing to invite God to be your Higher Power.
You don't have to come in with a worked-out theology. Phase One
is precisely about that willingness — not the certainty.
How long does the program take?
As long as it takes to do each phase honestly. Don't advance
until the current phase is thoroughly complete. Some people
spend weeks on a phase, some spend months. Both are normal.
What addictions does this work for?
Any addiction. The phases address what's underneath the
addictive behavior — fear, resentment, broken relationships,
and the absence of a higher purpose. That's the same in every
case, even when the surface behavior is different.
Can I share the worksheets with someone else?
Yes — please do. Send them the page or the file directly. The
point is to get the work in front of people who need it.
How fast will Dave respond?
I read everything myself, so it may take a few days. If your
situation is urgent, please use a crisis line in your country
first — then come back here when you're safe.
