Fear & Uncertainty

Lay out every fear — old, new, real, anticipated. Where it came from. What it's costing you. What part you played in keeping it alive. This is the worksheet most people start with.

  • Specific fears, named in plain language
  • Source · cost · your part
  • What you're willing to release

Resentments / Anger / Rage

Who, what, why — and what it's protecting. Resentments are how addiction stays fed. Writing them down is how we starve them. Don't edit yourself. Get it all on the page.

  • The person · the cause · the effect
  • Your part — honestly
  • Where it shows up in your day

Sexual Conduct

The honest one. Who you hurt, who hurt you, where you used sex to escape. There's no judgement here — only a column for each thing and a place to write the truth.

  • Encounters · context · impact
  • What you'd do differently
  • Amends owed (Phase Three)

How to use them

Pen up. Spreadsheet open. Hour at a time.

01

Block the time

Hour-long sessions, never longer. Don't try to finish in one sitting — you won't, and you shouldn't.

02

Don't edit yourself

If a row feels too honest, write it anyway. The whole point is to get it out of your head and onto the page.

03

Read it out loud

To Dave, a sponsor, or someone you trust. The work doesn't fully count until it's been heard.

Phase One first

Haven't done Phase One yet?

These worksheets are Phase Two work. If you haven't settled the Higher Power question in Phase One, the spreadsheets won't land the way they need to. Read the Program page first — then come back.
